Hi! I’m Kimberly Juszczak (but please, just call me Kim). I’m New York City born and raised, so I know what it’s like out there on the road for the working man. That’s why for 10 years I have helped thousands of drivers maintain their livelihood by keeping points off their license, preventing suspensions, revocations, drivers assessment fees and insurance hikes. I am especially adept at helping Uber, Lyft, Yellow Cab, black car and other professional drivers keep the Taxi and Limousine Commission off their back so they can continue to support themselves and their families.

My goal is to keep you on the road making money. I try my hardest to be compassionate, sensitive, and fair because I know that this isn’t “just a ticket” to you.

I have a BA from the State University of New York at New Paltz and JD from City University of New York School of Law. In my free time, I like to hit the gym (I can deadlift 250lbs) and play with my two cats, Monet and Lilly.
